Russian State-of-the-art Tech
The United States leads Science&Technology in the world after the Cold War. I believe Russian would rise again to Keep Abreast with America in Hi-Tech field especilly in Military Tech if She had enough money to solve her economics crisis and internal problems such as Chechenya and other social problems.

Uhmm, however, America is very rich and the best education system in the world. It leads her to maintain her first position of the world in at least 50 years. No one know when Russia will rise again to her previous superpower. I think only China can challenge at U.S in the future. What do you think of it?

What do you think of the Brain Power of U.S, Russia and China that influence their position for world's leader ?

NeoDiamond - You agree with you, but. . All nuclear country are equal in my opinion. Why? Because Russia for ex. doesn't need 8400, only a few, like on submarine - that can destroy The World. So USA Israel France India Pakistan China and UK. In rest you are right but I think that Russia is more advance in military tech than USA.
