The Shanghai 5, maybe you know that members of this organisation are Russia, China, Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan, Kazahstan, Afganistan was presented on the last meeting and Mongolia. Although the members are more than 5, the organisation still has the name "The Shanghai 5". But as we talk about India, the situation is little bit difficult, because India and China are not good friends, so to say. India and Pakistan have big problems in the border territories and because China and India have good political and military relations, in India's military and political doctrine China is a possible enemy. But what is sure is Russia has very, very good relations with both China and India. |

And I don't really know how many aircrafts until today had been delivered to India air force. Amounts vary, and journalists are amateurs in aviation, sometimes they write paradoxical information and I am really very perplexed. |
