What is the yellow and blue sunburst on the vertical fin of the SU-27 flown by the Russian Knights. Is this a flag or just their logo?

Me too, I saw that logo (maybe is logo) only on knights russian aircraft. Maybe is a logo.

And think that the first module on ISS (Intl Space Station) is ZARIA (sun rise).
Maybe is a sign of Eastern Power.
