- Q. How can I pay for the package?
- Currently we accept Bank Checks and Wire Transfers.
- Q. How long is a flight price quote valid?
- Price quote is valid for one week. However, if you order your flight and pay in full - price is valid for 90 days even if the prices went up.
- Q. What if I need an individually created tour package?
- We offer standard and custom packages.

- Q. What's the latest date I can send payment?
- A deposit of 30% of the flight package price is due at the time of reservation. The balance of thetotal package price is due 30 days prior to departure for Moscow.
Failure to pay the balance by 30 days before departure will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- Q. What if I am not approved to visit Zhukovsky Airbase?
- As we have mentioned before, security check performed by the Russian Federation Government structures and we have no control over the process.
Best way to avoid situation when you have to cancel your trip - give us enough time to process your order. Obtain Security Clearance first by submitting your order and then sending your scanned passport.
- Q. Do you accept cash payments?
- We are sorry but we do not accept cash payments!
- Q. I would like to have a contract to make sure I get what I paid for. Do you issue Contracts?
- Absolutely! We will FedEx written and signed contract to your address.
- Q. Is it possible to add services to the Contract and pay for it later?
- We will make every effort to accommodate all your requests in timely manner and if there is a chance for us to deliver services not originally requested - we will try our best to do so. However, there are services we may not be able to deliver on time and we will let you know if service you are requesting falls into such category.
- Q. What is your cancellations policy?
- All cancellations must be sent to FlyMiG.Com in writing.
- Cancellation prior to 30 days before departure will result in a refund of your deposit less 8% (of the package price) service charge.
- Cancellation after the 30 day deadline will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount paid.
- Any request to reschedule a program dates must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to your departure.
Rescheduling after the 30 day deadline may subject you to a service charge of up to $2,000.
We would like to add that we understand there may be a situation in life when you have to cancel your flight due to unforeseen issues.
Please let us know as soon as possible about your situation and we will work with you to recover as much money as possible.
